3. Payment and Billing

All charges are processed at the time of purchase. Accepted methods include credit card and bank transactions. Detailed invoices are provided upon request.

4. Reimbursement Policy

We strive for client satisfaction. Please review the terms below for each category:

4.1 AI Implementation Services

Due to the customized nature of these services, a request for reimbursement must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the agreement date. Once project work begins, no reimbursement can be issued as resources are allocated and schedules are confirmed. If circumstances prevent completion, a credit toward future services may be offered at smartdeploing’s discretion.

4.2 Info Products

Clients may request reimbursement for digital materials within 7 calendar days of download. Requests received after that period cannot be honored due to content access. Upon approval, funds will be credited to the original payment source within 10 business days.

4.3 Physical Products

Physical goods may be exchanged or reimbursed if reported damaged or defective within 5 business days of delivery. Items must be shipped back in their original condition. After inspection, an swap or credit will be issued. Shipping costs are not reimbursable.

5. Cancellation and Schedule Adjustment

Clients may postpone a service start date up to three times without additional charge by notifying us via contact form at least 48 hours prior. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the agreed start date incur a fee equal to 50% of the service amount, as preparation efforts are non-revocable.

6. Liability Limitation

smartdeploing’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the respective service or product. Under no circumstances shall smartdeploing be liable for indirect outcomes arising from use of the site or services.

7. Modifications

These terms may be updated in 2026. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance. The latest version is always available at smartdeploing.pro.
